FAQ
      1. How much will it cost?
That depends: each finish is custom-designed for the client, and its cost is determined by the number of layers, the amount of time it takes to create and apply it, and the type of materials being applied.

     2. When can you start?
I can usually arrange an initial meeting within a week or two, and my booking time to start work usually averages about two months, but sometimes I have unexpected openings in my schedule. On rare occasions, I can accommodate rush jobs for an additional fee.

      3. What locations do you work in?
I like to travel and am available to work almost anywhere. Most of my work is currently done in the greater San Francisco and Monterey Bay area, and in Portland, Oregon. I have regular clients as far south as Tucson, Arizona and all along the I-5 corridor.

      4. Do you do murals?
No, not exactly. I can transfer images onto walls and other surfaces, but I prefer to specialize in overall finishes and abstract wall art.

      5. How long will it take?
That depends on the finish or finishes you want and the number of layers and materials involved.

      6. What kinds of materials do you use?
I use a variety of products available to the professional faux-finisher. These include acrylic, latex, and oil products, as well as stains and plasters. If you have questions regarding a specific product, I'll be glad to answer.

      7. Do you work with Interior Designers?
Yes, I love working with Designers! I have a certificate in Interior Design and understand the design process. After spending some time doing design work, I realized that my real passion and the focus of my work was color and finishes.

      8. Do you offer color consultations independent of faux finishes?
Absolutely. Choosing colors is one of my favorite parts of the job. I love to share the history, use, and effects of color. Call me and let me help take the guess-work out of choosing colors for your next project.
